3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Custom Development Projects

Before Project Commencement:

• 100% refund if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of contract signing
• 75% refund if cancellation occurs within 7 days before project start
• 50% refund if cancellation occurs more than 7 days before project start

After Project Commencement:

• Refunds are calculated based on work completed and delivered
• No refund for completed milestones and deliverables
• Partial refund may apply for work in progress, subject to evaluation

3.2 Consulting Services

• 100% refund if cancelled 24 hours before scheduled consultation
• 50% refund if cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled consultation
• No refund for completed consulting sessions
• Retainer fees: Refundable for unused portions with 30 days notice

3.3 Ongoing Services

• Monthly services: 30 days notice required for cancellation
• Annual services: Pro-rated refund for unused months (after 30-day minimum)
• Setup fees: Non-refundable once services are activated
• Support contracts: Refundable for unused portion with proper notice

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable under any circumstances:

• Third-party software licenses and subscriptions
• Domain registration and renewal fees
• SSL certificates and security services
• Completed and delivered work products
• Service setup and configuration fees (once work has begun)
• Training materials and resources provided
• Consultation time already utilized

5. Cancellation Process

5.1 How to Cancel

To cancel services or request a refund, you must:

1. Submit a written cancellation request via email to contact@betpropk.shop
2. Include your account information and reason for cancellation
3. Provide project details and any relevant documentation
4. Allow up to 5 business days for response and processing

6. Refund Processing

6.1 Processing Time

• Refund evaluation: 5-10 business days
• Approved refunds: 7-14 business days to process
• Bank/card processing: 3-5 additional business days
• International transfers: Up to 15 additional business days

6.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method when possible. If the original method is unavailable, alternative arrangements will be made.

7. Special Circumstances

7.1 Service Quality Issues

If delivered services do not meet agreed specifications, we will first attempt to remedy the issues at no additional cost. If resolution is not possible, partial or full refunds may be considered.

7.2 Client-Caused Delays

Delays caused by client actions or inactions may affect refund eligibility and amounts.
